Patient day. CBCT review, treatment planning, photography, your first live case.
DAY 2
Theatre day.Surgical placement on your second and third cases. Immediate provisionalisation.

Assist & integrate. Three further cases assisting peers. Review, occlusion, hand-off protocols.

Six live patient cases — three performed, three assisted
The defining feature of the course. Six full arches over three theatre days — patients sourced, screened, treatment-planned and consented by the MINEC clinical team.

ii.

All implants, surgical kits and lab work
MegaGen AnyOne and AnyRidge fixtures, multi-unit abutments, drill kits, bone substitutes, suture, and full provisional and final laboratory work — included.

iii.

Hotel, transfers and meals during clinical days
Four nights at a partnered hotel near MINEC, daily transport to and from the centre, and breakfast / lunch / refreshments throughout your operating days.

Mentorship that does not end in the theatre
Permanent invitation to the alumni WhatsApp clinical group — case discussion, complication review, treatment planning second opinions from your mentors and cohort.

A facility built specifically for live patient teaching.

The MINEC Implant Center is MegaGen’s flagship education facility — a dedicated multi-chair surgical centre with on-site CBCT, integrated dental laboratory, and observation suite. Tijuana brings together patient access, regulatory framework, and the warmth of a thoroughly modern Mexican clinical city.

You will not be operating in a wet-lab simulation, on cadaver, or via observed video. You will be operating on people whose lives change that day.

What level of implant experience do I need before attending?

This course is designed for clinicians who have placed single and multi-unit implants and want to progress, formally, into full arch work. We will speak with you on application to make sure the cohort is the right fit for your stage.

Yes. The MINEC clinical team screens, consents and prepares every patient ahead of your arrival. You will review their CBCT and clinical records before you begin treatment planning.

Flights are not included — most UK delegates fly to San Diego (SAN) and we transfer you across the border. Visa requirements are minimal for UK passport holders; we’ll advise during the application.
Yes. You receive a certificate jointly issued by MegaGen and the MINEC International Network of Education & Clinical Research, which is recognised as verifiable CPD.

You join a private clinician-only WhatsApp group with your mentors and cohort, where ongoing cases, complications and questions are discussed openly. Most alumni describe this as the most valuable part of the experience.
